Jamie Livingston Designs will refund the full purchase price within 7 days of
purchase, and we will repair or replace Jamie Livingston Designs jewelry with
a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, there will be charges for repairs and shipping.
If you have a problem, please contact
Customer Service and you will receive
instructions to return the jewelry to us for optimum service and your
satisfaction.

can I expect to receive my order and how much are shipping charges?

All products are handmade to order, to please allow 3-4 weeks, hopefully
sooner. The shipping time is in addition to the order processing time.
Q Will
the jewelry I buy look exactly like the pictures of each piece of Jamie
Livingston Designs
jewelry?

No. The clasp may be different depending on availability. The handmade beads
and hardware may be slightly different in color and shape, but we have made
every effort to show our products on the website just as they would appear in
your hand. Bead colors may vary according to computer monitors.
Q Can I
change a specific bead? Can I pick my own bead?

Yes.
Each piece is made so that you may pick the color of your bead and the word or
phrase on the bead. We specialize in custom orders!
Q Can my
bracelet be lengthened or shortened?
A
Jamie Livingston Designs offers bracelets in 7 1/2", and necklaces in 18".

Q Do
you sell just beads?

No.
Sorry, just the finished jewelry.
Q Where
do you get your beads?
A
All glass beads are made in Jamie's studio.
Q How
often do you have new designs?

Currently we offer a Spring and Fall line. But, we are designing new jewelry
year-round. Check back with us here to see the new offerings as they come out.
Q Do you
have a store where I can go to touch and feel your jewelry before I buy it?

Yes. We are in many retail stores in the USA. Our designs are also featured in
catalogs such as Signals, WGBH Collection, Wireless, and others.

I take care of my Jamie Livingston Designs jewelry?

We take great care in producing the best possible product by using components
that are beautiful and as durable as possible. We offer these suggestions to
take care of your Jamie Livingston Designs jewelry:
* Jamie Livingston Designs jewelry has handmade glass beads, though these
beads are very durable, dropping your piece could break off a piece of the
glass beads.
* Please
do NOT get your Jamie Livingston Designs wet by swimming or bathing because
the chemicals in the water will react and change the silver.

best if you store your jewelry in the original box.
